Story of the Craft

Sip the season

Eggnog has long been a holiday favorite, originating in medieval Britain as a spiced milk drink called posset. Over centuries it evolved into a rich, creamy blend of eggs, cream, sugar, and warming spices, brought to North America by colonists and now celebrated as a festive winter tradition that brings warmth and cheer to holiday gatherings.

Warm, comforting, gently spiced

We capture the timeless indulgence of eggnog—where the gentle sweetness of custard, is represented by white chocolate, and the warmth of freshly grated nutmeg and a whisper of vanilla bean meet to enhance the richness of chocolate. Each bite is both nostalgic and elevated, a festive embrace that carries the joy of gathering, tradition, and cheer.
