The Story of Our Craft

Iconic

Danish butter cookies have been a cherished European tradition since the 19th century, celebrated for their simplicity, rich flavour, and delicate, crisp texture. Crafted with high-quality butter, sugar, and flour, these cookies are lightly sweet and perfectly golden.

Toasty, caramelized, buttery, vanilla.

We celebrate this classic by pairing our buttery, melt-in-your-mouth pâte sablée—capturing the essence of Danish cookies—with silky caramelized milk chocolate. Each bite harmonizes crisp sweetness and creamy richness, offering the timeless charm of a European holiday treat with a modern twist.
