Perched in the central highlands of Vietnam, the cacao farms of the Dak Lak province offer ideal conditions for growing cacao. The natural smokiness of the beans emerges once gently roasted. The country’s commitment to producing high quality beans is obvious as they have weathered challenges with innovation and perseverance.

Sweet, Grassy Smoke, Vanilla with Notes of Antiqued Leather and Peat

We roast the beans in house and then soak the Nibs in Laphroiag’s smokey scotch. This amplifies the aromatic qualities of the beans bringing out a Robust flavour that stands up to the rich, indulgent milk chocolate. The nibs add a great contrasting crunch to the creaminess of the chocolate
